How to view the external shares and edit share permissions in JioCloud Enterprise?
To take actions as an admin on external file sharing, follow these steps:
Step 1: Login to your JioCloud Enterprise account and go to Admin Console.
Step 2: On the "Dashboard" tab, look for the section that displays information on "External Sharing".
Step 3: In this section, you will find a list of all public and private shares made by members of your enterprise.
Step 4: Click on the 3-dot menu for a particular entry to access the available options.
Step 5: For public shared links, you can choose to copy or disable a specific link. Additionally, you can disable all links for a particular enterprise user.
Step 6: For files or folders being shared privately, you can disable access for specific members or all members of the private share.
