If you have received an email or SMS from JioCloud stating that your account will be deleted, it is likely that you have not logged in to your account in a while. As per our T&C, JioCloud has a policy of deleting inactive accounts. To prevent your account from being deleted, you must login to JioCloud before the account deletion date. You can find the account deletion date in the email or SMS that you received from JioCloud.
