If you want to recover your JioCloud data, log in to your account and select all the files and folders you wish to back up. Then, click on "download" to download all the selected data to your local drive.

You can also use our JioCloud Windows or Mac app to download all your data. Here's what you need to do:

1. Download and install the JioCloud Windows and Mac app by clicking on the link.
2. Once the app is downloaded, launch it and log in using the email or phone number associated with your JioCloud account.
3. On the selective sync screen, select "Sync everything in JioCloud" to sync all your files to your device.
4. Your files will be synced to a folder named "JioCloud," which you can access from the JioCloud icon in the system tray or the quick access menu.
5. Once all your files have been synced, you can access them locally on your device.
