JioCloud FAQs - General

General

It is not possible to delete your JioCloud account at the moment. If you do not wish to use JioCloud anymore, you can do the following things-

  1. Delete all the uploaded files, contacts and messages from JioCloud app.
  2. Turn off auto backup from app settings.
  3. Delete your boards and if you have other boards with members then you can leave those boards after deleting your content from them.
  4. Clear trash. To access trash, go to app settings or JioCloud website www.jiocloud.com
  5. Uninstall app and logout from the website.
