You can cancel your account deletion request by accessing your JioCloud account within 30 days of initiating the deletion process. Once this period is over, your account and all stored data in the cloud will be permanently erased.

If you've received an email or SMS notifying you about the deletion of your JioCloud account, it's because your account has been inactive for some time. To prevent your account from being deleted, please log in to JioCloud before the specified deletion date mentioned in the email or SMS. This ensures your account remains active as per our terms and conditions.

If your JioCloud account remains inactive for over a year, we may delete it along with all associated data, as per our terms and conditions. You'll receive an email or phone notification beforehand, offering a final opportunity to reactivate your account. For detailed terms and conditions, please visit this link.

If you've received an account deletion email despite being logged in, it may be due to your account being marked inactive. To prevent deletion, please log out and log back in before the deletion date.

If JioCloud deletes your account, all associated data will be removed. If you choose to log in again after deletion, your account will be treated as new.

It's possible that the number you're using was previously registered to someone else who had a JioCloud account. If the previous user deactivated the SIM, you might receive SMS notifications meant for that account. If you're certain you don't have a JioCloud account, you can disregard the message.

To safeguard your account and data from deletion, please ensure to log in to your JioCloud account before the specified deletion date. This helps maintain your account's active status and secures your data. You can locate the account deletion date in the email or SMS sent by JioCloud.

We recommend logging in regularly to keep your JioCloud account active and ensure the safety of your information.
