I shared my referral code with a friend, but I did not receive the additional 5GB of storage. Why?
There could be a few reasons why you did not receive the additional storage:
Existing User Limitations: If your friend is already an existing user and has previously used another referral code, then you will not be eligible for additional bonus storage using your code. Each user can only benefit from one referral bonus.
Referral Cap: If you have already completed three referrals and received the maximum 15 GB bonus storage, you will not be eligible for further bonus storage, even if you refer more users.
Referral Code Usage: Ensure that your friend correctly entered your referral code and completed the required steps to qualify for the bonus storage. If there were any issues during this process, it might affect the bonus.
