Once a Private Folder is created on JioCloud, access it with the following steps:

On Android/iOS apps, open the "My Files" section from the bottom bar. Tap on the "Private Folder" option, enter the password, and access the Private Folder.
On JioCloud web, click on the "Private Folder" option from the left menu. Enter the password to successfully access the Private Folder.
