How can I restore messages from my JioAICloud account?
To restore messages on your device from your JioAICloud account, follow these steps:
Open the hamburger menu and select ‘Messages’. Here, you will find a list of messages backed up to your JioAICloud account.
Go to the menu (top-right corner) and click on ‘Restore’. You will see a list of devices from which messages have been backed up, as well as an option to restore deleted messages.
You will be prompted to back up the messages on the new device before proceeding.
Please Note: When you initiate the restoration process, any messages on your device that are not backed up to JioAICloud will be deleted. Ensure you back up messages from the new device before starting the restoration process.
