How can I restore messages from my JioCloud account?
To restore messages on your device from your JioCloud account, follow these steps:
Open the hamburger menu and select ‘Messages’. Here, you will find a list of messages backed up to your JioCloud account.
Go to the menu (top-right corner) and click on ‘Restore’. You will see a list of devices from which messages have been backed up, as well as an option to restore deleted messages.
You will be prompted to back up the messages on the new device before proceeding.
Please Note: When you initiate the restoration process, any messages on your device that are not backed up to JioCloud will be deleted. Ensure you back up messages from the new device before starting the restoration process.
