What happens with my JioAICloud account if I switch my Jio SIM from a corporate plan to a personal plan, or vice versa?
If you lose access to your registered mobile number, logging into your JioAICloud account via mobile number and OTP won't be possible. However, if you have a verified email ID linked to your JioAICloud account, you can log in using that with OTP verification. Please note that without a verified email ID, account recovery isn't possible due to security reasons.
Alternatively, if you use JioAICloud through Google or Facebook login, you can continue accessing your account seamlessly.
