What happens to my JioCloud account if my sim gets deactivated?
If you no longer have access to your registered mobile number, you won't be able to log in to your JioCloud account using your mobile number and OTP. However, if you have a verified email linked to your JioCloud account, you can log in using your email address and OTP. Please note that without a verified email, account recovery isn't possible due to security reasons.
Alternatively, if you use JioCloud through Google or Facebook login, you can continue accessing your account without interruption.
