What happens to my JioCloud account if I port my number from Jio to another operator?
If you've lost access to your registered mobile number, logging into your JioCloud account via Mobile number and OTP won't be possible. However, if you've verified an email ID with your JioCloud account, you can log in using that with OTP. Without a verified email, account recovery isn't feasible due to security reasons.
Alternatively, if you've linked JioCloud to your Google or Facebook account, you can continue accessing it seamlessly.
