What happens to my JioCloud account if I lose the sim?
If you lose access to your registered mobile number, logging into your JioCloud account via mobile number and OTP won't be possible. However, if your JioCloud account has a verified email ID, you can still log in using it with OTP. Please note, without a verified email ID, account recovery isn't feasible due to security measures.
Alternatively, if you've linked JioCloud to your Google or Facebook account, you can continue accessing your account seamlessly.
