General

If you used to login using Mobile number and OTP and have a verified email id associated with your account in JioCloud then you can continue to login to your account using your verified email id and OTP. In case you face any problem in accessing your account, you can contact JioCloud customer care on care.jiocloud@jio.com.

However, if you are using JioCloud via Google / Facebook login, you can continue to do so without any interruption.
