If you no longer have access to your registered mobile number, logging in to your JioCloud account via Mobile number and OTP will not be possible. However, if you have a verified email ID linked to your JioCloud account, you can still log in using your verified email ID and OTP. Please note that if you do not have a verified email ID associated with your account, account recovery will not be possible due to security constraints.

Alternatively, if you currently use JioCloud through Google or Facebook login, you can continue to access your account seamlessly without any interruption.
