Loss or Deactivation of Jio Number

If you port your registered mobile number to a non-Jio network, you can continue accessing your JioAICloud account using your mobile number and OTP. However, your free storage will be limited to a promotional 50 GB for a duration of 3 months.

If you lose access to your registered mobile number, get a new SIM with the same number and then log in to your JioAICloud account using mobile number and OTP.

If you switch your Jio SIM from a corporate plan to a personal plan or vice versa, your JioAICloud account will remain unaffected. Simply re-log in using your mobile number and OTP to continue accessing your account.
