General

JioCloud sends 6 digit OTP for you to login. In case you don’t receive the OTP then please check that: 

  1. You are using the correct registered mobile number 
  2. You are connected to the network and it’s not a generic network problem  
  3. You have not activated DND (Do Not Disturb) for JioCloud by mistake. 

Please try restarting your phone (or turn airplane mode On and Off). If you are still not successful then, please email JioCloud customer care on care.jiocloud@jio.com providing details and your mobile number so we can help you solve the issue
