If you had verified your email id in your JioCloud account, you should be able to get OTP on your email and login. If not, you will need to contact customer care on care.jiocloud@jio.com. Also note that at times email OTP get delayed due to various reason so you should wait for some time in case you don’t receive OTP instantly. Also check your Spam folder for JioCloud OTP email as sometimes OTP emails are diverted to Spam folder by Email providers.
