Login Issues

We do not support OTP login for non-Jio numbers. If you had previously verified your email address in JioCloud, you can continue to log in using that verified email address and OTP. If not, please contact customer care at care.jiocloud@jio.com for assistance.

If your email is verified in your JioCloud account, you should receive an OTP on your email to log in. If you're experiencing issues, contact customer care at care.jiocloud@jio.com. Sometimes, email OTPs may be delayed for various reasons, so please wait for a while if you don't receive it immediately. Also, check your Spam folder as OTP emails can occasionally be redirected there by email providers.

JioCloud sends a 6-digit OTP for login purposes. If you're not receiving the OTP, please ensure:

·      You are using the correct registered mobile number.

·      Your device is connected to the network without any generic network issues.

·      DND (Do Not Disturb) is not accidentally activated for JioCloud.

 

Try restarting your phone or toggling airplane mode on and off. If the issue persists, please contact JioCloud customer care at care.jiocloud@jio.com with your details and mobile number for further assistance.
