I am attempting to log in to my JioCloud account using a non-Jio mobile number, but I am unable to receive the OTP. Previously, it worked fine when I had the same number with Jio. What steps should I take now?
We do not support OTP login for non-Jio numbers. If you had previously verified your email address in JioCloud, you can continue to log in using that verified email address and OTP. If not, please contact customer care at care.jiocloud@jio.com for assistance.
