The JioCloud app can be effortlessly obtained from the Jio App Store on your feature phone. You have to navigate to the store to download and install the application.
The JioCloud app on a JioPhone automatically backs up photos and contacts if auto backup is enabled. To manually upload new photos, use the left-hand menu options to select and upload the desired photos.
Please note that your JioCloud account, created on your feature phone, is linked to your Jio mobile number. To access this same JioCloud account on a smartphone, simply use the same Jio mobile number on the device to receive an OTP for login. Alternatively, you may also access your JioCloud content by logging into the JioCloud website using your Jio number and the OTP sent to your mobile.
To restore your contacts backed up on JioCloud, navigate to the 'Contacts' screen of JioCloud account on your new device and select the 'Restore' option from the menu.
