Please note that your JioCloud account on your feature phone is associated with your Jio Mobile number. To access the same JioCloud account on a smart phone, you can use the same Jio mobile number on the device to get OTP and login. Alternatively, you can also login to JioCloud website using Jio number and OTP for accessing content.
