How can I access the JioCloud content backed up from my feature phone on another smartphone or desktop?
Please note that your JioCloud account, created on your feature phone, is linked to your Jio mobile number. To access this same JioCloud account on a smartphone, simply use the same Jio mobile number on the device to receive an OTP for login. Alternatively, you may also access your JioCloud content by logging into the JioCloud website using your Jio number and the OTP sent to your mobile.
