Syncing may be paused because your device's disk space is running low. JioCloud automatically pauses syncing and sends notifications to prevent any potential issues when your available disk space is low compared to the data being synced.
When your available disk space is low, JioCloud will automatically pause syncing and send a notification. You’ll also see a notification card in the system tray, where you can choose to resume syncing if you believe there's sufficient disk space.
When your disk space is 100% consumed, syncing will be paused immediately. You will receive a notification indicating that your computer is out of disk space, and syncing cannot continue until space is freed up.
JioCloud pauses syncing to prevent any potential issues when your device's disk space is low or full. Here's how to manage each situation:
Low Disk Space: If syncing is paused due to low disk space, and you believe there’s still sufficient space, you can easily resume syncing by clicking "Continue Syncing" on the system tray card. Otherwise, you can clean up your disk space manually.
Out of Disk Space: If your device is out of disk space, syncing cannot proceed until you free up some space. To resolve this, click on "Manage Disk Space" from the system tray card and follow the steps to clean up your device. Once sufficient space is available, you can resume the sync.
