JioCloud is supported on mobile, desktop, web, JioPhone as well as on Jio STB (as Jio Photos).

  1. Mobile: 
    • Android (OS version 5 and above) 
    • iOS (version 10 and above) 
    • JioPhone (Candy and Qwerty devices) 
  2. Desktop: 
    • Windows 7 (64 bit) and Windows 8.1 (64 bit). Recommended Windows 10 (64 bit).
    • Mac OS X (12 and above). 
  3. Web: 
    • Windows Chrome and Mozilla: Latest version 
    • Mac Safari and Chrome: Latest Version
