It lets you safely store your photos, videos, documents, messages and contacts while also offering AI-powered features like EasyShare, AI Photo Play, Memories, AI Scanner and more to help you live intelligently.

JioAICloud provides a range of features to help you store and access your digital content anytime, anywhere. Here are the key features:

Upload:

Automatically or manually upload photos, videos, audio files, documents, contacts and messages from your device.

Share:

Easily share files with your contacts using a share link. Your contacts can download files directly from the shared URL without needing the physical file.

Download:

Access your uploaded files on any device by logging into your JioAICloud account from a mobile device or the JioAICloud web client and selecting the download option.

Retrieve Contacts and Messages:

Restore uploaded contacts and messages to a new device if you change your device.

Stream:

Auto-Grouping:

Automatically group your files into folders by type 'Photos,' 'Audio,' 'Videos' and 'My Scans.'

Favourite & Offline Files:

• Quick Access:Mark important files as favourites for easy access in the ‘My Favourites’ folder.
• Offline Access: Mark files for offline access to download them physically and place them in the ‘Offline Files’ folder for access without an internet connection

Sorting & Multi-Select:

Sort files alphabetically or by date and select multiple files to delete, move, copy and more—all in one go.

Scan Documents:

Use JioAICloud’s scanner feature to digitize your physical documents. All scanned files will be neatly stored in the 'My Scans' folder.

Any user with a valid mobile number can sign up for JioAICloud. You can sign-up through:

• The MyJio App (if you're a Jio user)

JioAICloud is compatible with a wide range of devices and platforms, making it accessible from mobile, desktop, web, JioPhone and Jio STB (as Jio Photos). Here are the supported devices:

Mobile:

• iOS: Version 15 and above
• JioPhone: Candy and Qwerty devices

Desktop:

• Windows: Windows 7 (64-bit), Windows 8.1 (64-bit) and recommended Windows 10 (64-bit)

• Windows: Latest versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox & Windows Edge browsers

JioAICloud is available to both Jio and Non-Jio Mobile customers. You can sign up for JioAICloud with your mobile number.

As part of the FREE trial, you will get 50GB of FREE cloud storage and full access to latest AI tools.

Note: The free trial is available only once per mobile number.

Non-Jio users get free 50 GB cloud storage and access to all AI-features on JioAICloud for three months as a welcome offer. Offer is available only once per mobile number.

Once the three-month offer ends, users need to either:

• Switch to Jio network
• Pay to continue enjoying JioAICloud services.

Free 50 GB cloud storage Welcome Offer is being rolled out in phases to all JioAICloud users. If you haven't received it yet, please be patient—you will receive the upgrade soon.

JioAICloud periodically updates its promotional offers. Last year, a 100 GB offer was available exclusively to a select group of users. Currently, free 50 GB cloud storage is being offered to all users as Welcome Offer.

At the moment, we do not offer storage tiers beyond 50 GB; however, additional tiers will be introduced soon.
