I have selected a folder from the backup settings. Why is it not being uploaded to JioAICloud?
First, ensure that the desired folder is selected for backup.
Follow these steps to ensure the folder is correctly selected:
Open the JioAICloud app on your Android device and click on the hamburger menu.
Tap on 'Settings'.
Select 'backup'.
Confirm that the desired folders are checked.
If the desired folders are not selected, mark them for backup to enable the automatic upload feature.
If the folder is already selected for backup but is still not being backed up, the issue might be due to cached data in the JioAICloud app. Cached data can sometimes cause upload errors on Android devices. Clearing the cache for the JioAICloud app might resolve this issue.
To clear the cache, follow these steps:
Long-press the JioAICloud app icon and open the app info menu.
