I have enabled JioAICloud for automatic backup, but my backup has stopped. What could be the reasons for this?
Automatic backup on your JioAICloud account may stop under the following circumstances:
Low Battery: If your device's battery level falls below 15%, the backup process will automatically pause and will resume once the battery level surpasses this threshold.
Network Settings: If you have configured the backup to occur only over Wi-Fi and you are currently using mobile data, the backup will be paused.
Pending App Update: If there is a mandatory update for the JioAICloud app that has not been installed, the backup process will be interrupted.
Insufficient Storage: If your JioAICloud account lacks sufficient storage space to accommodate additional files, the backup will be halted.
