How do I enable Background Data Usage for JioAICloud on Android?
To ensure your files are automatically uploaded in the background, you need to allow JioAICloud to use data in the background. Otherwise, backups will only occur when the JioAICloud app is actively open on your phone.
For devices running stock Android such as Pixel devices, follow these steps to enable background data usage:
Open Android Settings on your phone.
Navigate to 'Network & internet'.
Tap on 'Data usage' and then 'Data saver'.
If 'Data Saver' is off, no further action is needed.
If 'Data Saver' is on, proceed to the next step.
Tap on 'Unrestricted data access'.
Scroll down and toggle on 'JioAICloud'.
For Samsung devices, which have settings that limit background activity, follow these steps to enable background data usage for JioAICloud:
