First of all, please ensure whether the desired folder is selected for auto backup or not.

Here’s how you can do that:

  • Click on the hamburger menu on JioCloud Android App.
  • Tap on 'Settings'.
  • Tap on 'Auto backup'.
  • Check whether the desired folders are selected or not.

In case the desired folder/s are not selected, select the folders for auto backup and the auto uploading feature should work fine.

If the folder is already selected for auto backup and still it’s not being backed up, then the error might be due to the JioCloud app data being cached. Cache data may sometimes cause issues which may lead to upload errors on Android. You need to clear the cache memory for the JioCloud app on your Android device.

Please follow the below steps to do that:

  • Long-press on the JioCloud app and open the app info menu.
  • Go to the 'Storage' option.
  • Click on 'Clear cache' to remove cache.
