File Upload and Auto Backup

I have selected a folder from the auto backup settings. Why is it not being uploaded to JioCloud?

First, ensure that the desired folder is selected for auto backup.

Follow these steps to ensure the folder is correctly selected:

  • Open the JioCloud app on your Android device and click on the hamburger menu.
  • Tap on 'Settings'.
  • Select 'Auto Backup'.
  • Confirm that the desired folders are checked.

If the desired folders are not selected, mark them for auto backup to enable the automatic upload feature.

If the folder is already selected for auto backup but is still not being backed up, the issue might be due to cached data in the JioCloud app. Cached data can sometimes cause upload errors on Android devices. Clearing the cache for the JioCloud app might resolve this issue.
