For creating a private share on JioCloud, you can select a file or a folder and click on 'Share' icon -> 'Private Share' icon. Add your friends or colleagues using their email id or phone numbers. You can give them view or edit access. People with 'View' access can only view files, while people with ‘Edit’ access can delete, update or rename files.
