Yes, you can bulk import multiple users into the enterprise account. Please follow the mentioned steps to do the same:
Click on "Go to Admin Console" from the left menu of your JioCloud Enterprise account.
Click on "Manage Users" from the left menu of your Admin Console, and then click on "Import Users."
Click on "Download Sample CSV." This will download a CSV file that contains fields like first name, email, etc.
Open the CSV file, fill in the respective users' info in subsequent rows, and save the changes.
Now click on "Upload CSV," choose the file you just saved, and click on "Upload."
Soon, a file will get downloaded that is the same sheet you uploaded, but with added info regarding whether the user is invited or not and possible reasons for failure.
All the eligible entries in the sheet will get an invite email to access JioCloud Enterprise.
Admins can also check the notification panel for more information on the invited users.
