  1. Click on "Go to Admin Console" from the left menu of your JioCloud Enterprise account.
  2. Click on "Manage Users" from the left menu of your Admin Console, then click on "Add User."
  3. Enter the details of your team members (First Name, Last Name, Email, Allocated Quota, Phone) and click on "Add User."
  4. On successful addition, you will see a toast that says "Invite sent successfully."

  4. Open the CSV file, fill in the respective users' info in subsequent rows, and save the changes.
  5. Now click on "Upload CSV," choose the file you just saved, and click on "Upload."
  6. Soon, a file will get downloaded that is the same sheet you uploaded, but with added info regarding whether the user is invited or not and possible reasons for failure.
  7. All the eligible entries in the sheet will get an invite email to access JioCloud Enterprise.
  8. Admins can also check the notification panel for more information on the invited users.
