The "Reports" section provides logs of all the users' activities in the enterprise. It lists all logs for all of your users. Logs can be filtered on the basis of user name, user activity, and date. All logs are sorted on the basis of activity date and time. Reports can also be downloaded, if required, from this section.

For example, administrators can view the different actions a user has performed, such as login and logout, file and folder operations, sharing operations, and much more.

Note: Only administrators can view the Reports section.

To view a particular user's activity, follow the steps listed below:

  1. Click on "Reports" from the left menu of your enterprise console.
  2. In the "Search Users" section, select the user for whom you want to view activity logs.
  3. Click on "Filter" and you will see a list of all activities done by the particular user along with additional info.

Yes, administrators of a enterprise can download the enterprise user's activity report. Here are the steps to download the activity report for a particular user:

  1. Click on "Reports" from the left menu of your enterprise console.
  2. In the "Search Users" section, select the user for whom you want to view activity logs.
  3. Choose the desired activity from the "Select Activity" section and press "Filter."
  4. Now you will see a list of all selected activities done by the user you selected, as well as additional information.
  5. Click on "Export Report" to download the report in PDF or XLS format.

 

Admins can filter the reports on the basis of user, activity type, and date.
Once any filter(s) are selected, activity logs can be viewed as well as exported in PDF or Excel (CSV) format.

To control or restrict shares made by a particular user of your enterprise, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on "Reports" from the left menu of your enterprise console.
  2. In the "Search Users" section, select the user for whom you want to view activity logs.
  3. In the "Select Activity" section, choose the "Sharing" activity and press "Filter."
  4. Now you will see a list of all public and private shares being done by the user you selected, as well as other information about the logs.
  5. Against each entry, there is a 3-dot menu, which gives you access to the options listed below:
  • In the case of public shared links, you can copy or disable a particular link, or you can disable all links for a enterprise user.
  • In the case of data shared privately, you can disable access for some or all members of the private share.
