In order to access a enterprise account, you need to first get invited by your enterprise admin. Once the enterprise administrator invites you, follow the link you receive in the invitation email and login using your email and OTP.

To set a password for your JioCloud Public Share Link, go to JioCloud app or website, select the files/folders you want to share, and tap on 'Share link'. Then, enable the 'Set Password' option and enter a strong password as per your choice. Save the settings, and your link will be password-protected, ensuring added security for your shared content. 

Yes, you can easily change or remove the password for your JioCloud Public Share Link. Simply go to JioCloud app or website, find the shared link tab in 'Shared Files', tap the three-dot menu, select 'Manage Link', and update the password or disable it. Save the changes, and your JioCloud Public Share Link will be updated accordingly. 

To set an expiry date for your JioCloud Public Share Link, open the JioCloud app or website, select the file/folders to share, tap 'Share link', find 'Set Expiry Date', choose the desired date, and save the settings. The link will become inaccessible after the specified time, giving you control over its accessibility. 

Yes, you can change or remove the expiry date for your JioCloud Public Share Link, open the app, go to 'Shared Files', tap the three-dot menu next to the link, select 'Manage Link', click on 'Change' to modify the expiry date or remove it, and save the changes. The JioCloud Public Share Link will be updated accordingly based on your preference. 

Once you have logged in to your JioCloud enterprise account and have admin access, you will be able to see the option "Go to Admin Console" on the left menu. Clicking on this option will take you directly to the admin console of your enterprise.

An admin on JioCloud Enterprise is the creator and owner of the team. All important communication regarding member addition, deletion, and storage will be communicated to the admin.
