How do I initiate the document scanning process on JioCloud?

To start scanning documents on the JioCloud app:

  • Open the JioCloud Android or iOS app, go to the ‘Home’ or 'Files' screen, and tap the ‘+’ button. Then select 'Scan Document'.
  • Alternatively, you can access the 'Scan Document' option via the menu on Android or in the More section on iOS.
