How can I access a specific version of a document on JioCloud?

To view a particular version of a document, please follow these steps:

  • Select the document file of interest.
  • Right-click and choose the "Manage Versions" option from the menu to display all available versions of that file.
  • For the desired version, click on the three-dot menu icon and select "Download Version" to access its content.

Note: This feature is available exclusively on the JioCloud web platform.
