On JioCloud Android & IOS apps, go to the Security option (Settings -> Security). From the Security section, select ‘Custom passphrase’. Tapping on ‘Custom passphrase’ will show an option to set the passphrase (alphanumeric password). Once set, it will be enabled.

On the JioCloud website,go to the Profile Page, by clicking on your username in the hamburger menu.From the Profile page, turn on the toggle for ‘Custom passphrase’. Turning on the toggle will show an option to set the passphrase(alphanumeric password). Once set, it will be enabled.
