On JioCloud Android & IOS apps, go to the Security option (Settings -> Security). The ‘Security’ section will show a list of options. If you have already set and enabled your Custom Passphrase, you will see an option ‘Reset passphrase’ below it. Tapping on it will show the option to reset the passphrase and set a new one.

On the JioCloud website, go to the Profile Page, by clicking on your username in the hamburger menu. If you have already set and enabled your Custom Passphrase, you will see an option ‘Reset passphrase’ below the ‘Custom Passphrase’ option in the Profile Page. Tapping on it will show the option to reset the passphrase and set a new one.
