How can I reset a Passphrase for my JioCloud account?
To reset your passphrase on the JioCloud Android or iOS apps:
Navigate to the Security section by selecting Settings followed by Security.
In the Security section, you will find a list of options. If you have previously set and enabled a Custom Passphrase, an option labeled Reset passphrase will appear below it.
Tap on Reset passphrase to initiate the process of resetting your passphrase and establishing a new one.
To reset your passphrase on the JioCloud website:
Access your Profile Page by clicking on your username in the hamburger menu.
On the Profile Page, if you have set and enabled a Custom Passphrase, you will find the Reset passphrase option located beneath the Custom Passphrase section.
Click on Reset passphrase to proceed with resetting your passphrase and creating a new one.
