How can I disable a Passphrase for my JioAICloud account?
To disable the passphrase on the JioAICloud Android and iOS apps, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Security option (Settings -> Security).
In the 'Security' section, you will find a list of options. Select either 'None' or 'Device Lock' to deactivate the custom passphrase.
For the JioAICloud website:
Access the 'Profile Page' by clicking on your username in the hamburger menu.
On the Profile Page, locate the toggle switch for 'Custom Passphrase' and turn it off.
You will be prompted to enter your current passphrase for verification purposes. Once entered correctly, the passphrase will be disabled across all your devices. the custom passphrase.
