Once the export is processed, follow these steps to download your exported data:
Go to the Profile Section of your JioCloud account.
Click on the “View Export History” option in the “Export Data” Section to open the "Export History"page.
On the “Export History” page, you will find a list of all your exports, along with their sizes, dates of export, and expiry.
Also, you will receive an email notification on your registered email with a link to download the export.
The export link is valid for 7 days. Click on the “Download Data” button in the email, which will redirect you to the “Export History” page on JioCloud after logging in.
To download the exported data, expand the list of any export, and you will see multiple zip files with an option to “Download”.
Note: The “Download” button is only available for exports that have not expired.
