After the export process is completed, please adhere to the following steps to download your data:
Navigate to the Profile Section of your JioCloud account.
Select "View Export History" under the "Export Data" section to access the "Export History" page.
On the "Export History" page, you will find a comprehensive list of all your exports, including their sizes, export dates, and expiration details.
Additionally, you will receive an email notification at your registered address containing a link to download the export.
Note that the export link remains valid for 7 days. Click on the "Download Data" button in the email to be redirected to the "Export History" page on JioCloud after logging in.
To download the exported data, expand the details of the relevant export. You will then see multiple zip files with an option to "Download".
Please note: The "Download" button will only be available for exports that have not yet expired.
