You can merge duplicate contacts using the merge feature on JioCloud. To access the merge option, go to the 'Contacts' section, click on top-right menu and tap on merge option. If there are duplicates contacts to be merged then they will be shown to you. You can merge individual duplicates or merge all duplicates.

Two contacts are considered duplicate when either one matches:

First name and Last name
Mobile or Phone number
Email Id
