If you are logged into MyJio and JioCloud with 2 different accounts on same mobile device, then you’ll be prompted to logout from one of the app. MyJio and JioCloud should be using same account on single device. If you still want to use different accounts, we recommend you access only 1 application at a time, keeping other application in killed state.
