Yes, the JioCloud backend allows users to back up their content through the MyJio app. Simply navigate to the 'Backup' tab within the app. Existing JioCloud users can view their storage details and usage on the dashboard. New users will be prompted to select the data type to begin automatic backup.

If you are logged into MyJio and JioCloud with different accounts on the same mobile device, you will be prompted to log out from one of the apps. For seamless operation, it's advisable to use the same account across both applications on a single device. If you prefer using different accounts, we suggest accessing only one application at a time and keeping the other application closed.

You can backup Photos, Videos, Audio files, Documents and Contacts on your MyJio app.

Sign in to the MyJio app using your Jio mobile number and OTP. Once logged in, navigate to the "Backup" tab and tap the My Files icon at the bottom of the screen to access all your backed up files.

Android: If you have both MyJio and JioCloud apps present on your Android device, then the JioCloud app will take preference over content backup.

iOS: If you have both MyJio & JioCloud apps present on your iOS device, then each app will be able to backup your files separately as and when they get the chance.
