Why do I see all photos mixed up in the ‘Photos’ section under ‘My Files’ on JioCloud, even though they are in different folders?
Please note that your JioCloud files are stored in the same folders where you have uploaded them. However, 'My Files' screen has Photos, Videos, Audio, Documents and Offline files sections which are just filters based on file type. To view your folders, go to 'My Files' -> 'All Files' screen, and click on the desired folder to view the files.
