General

Any content uploaded to JioCloud is safely stored in JioCloud until you delete it yourself. If you areunable to see your content in JioCloud, then do one of the following:  

  1. Make sure that you are logged in with the correct account. 
  1. Close the app and launch again so that the content can sync from the server. 
  1. Go to JioCloud website, login with your credentials and check if content is visible there. 
  1.  Try login with your verified email and OTP.
