Files deleted from JioCloud are initially moved to the Trash, where they remain for 45 days before being permanently deleted. To permanently delete a file before the 45-day retention period ends, follow these steps:
Open the JioCloud app and navigate to 'Storage' -> 'View Trash,' or select 'Trash' from the left menu on JioCloud.com.
Select the specific file you wish to delete or use 'Select all' to choose multiple files.
Click on the options menu and select 'Delete forever' to permanently remove the files.
Please note that files deleted from the Trash cannot be restored.
